Each box is a side of lamb and contains a selection of cuts from across the whole animal.
These lambs were raised grass-fed and grass-finished from their beginning at Iron Kreek Ranch.
The online price is a majority deposit and the remainder will be charged at pick-up based on the weight of the box. Boxes range from 20-30 lbs and the total price will come to $10/lb.
You will receive: shoulder roasts, leg roasts, loin bone-in as chops, rack as bone-in roast, stew, ribblets, shanks, ground and bones for soup.
